In 2008, on the project "Reconstruction and improvement of Azizbayov Circle, the city of Baku, highway of International Airport named after Heydar Aliyev", the construction of road junction near Surakhani circle has been completed with high quality. Length of road junction is 94 meters, width of 32.5 meters.
